We started because we saw too many NDIS participants struggling with fragmented care — a nurse who didn't communicate with the support coordinator, a coordinator who didn't know the local providers, and services that felt transactional rather than personal. We set out to do it differently.
Our nurses are highly qualified and clinically rigorous. But they're also warm, approachable, and respectful. We deliver hospital-grade nursing care without making your home feel like a hospital.
Support coordination should mean your services work together, not just that someone filed the right paperwork. Our coordinators actively manage your care network, facilitate communication between providers, and step in when things aren't going to plan.
We don't operate from a single office and dispatch staff across the state. Our nurses and coordinators are based in the communities they serve. They know the suburbs, the hospitals, the GPs, and the allied health providers in each region.
Every interaction we have with a participant should move them towards greater independence — whether that's building skills to manage medications, learning to self-advocate at plan reviews, or gaining confidence to try new community activities.
