For participants with complex medical needs — tracheostomy care, ventilator support, seizure management, complex bowel care, and PEG feeding — our high-intensity nursing team has the skills and training to manage your care safely at home.

We match each participant with a consistent nurse so you're not constantly meeting someone new. Your nurse gets to know your health history, your preferences, and what normal looks like for you — which means they pick up on changes faster.
We also coordinate with Gold Coast hospitals, GPs, and specialists. If you've just been discharged from Gold Coast University Hospital or Robina Hospital, we can have a nurse at your home within days to continue your recovery.
