The Redlands is a close-knit community, and many participants here value continuity and familiarity with their healthcare providers. We assign the same nurse wherever possible and build long-term care relationships. Our nurses coordinate with Redland Hospital, local GPs, and pharmacies throughout the region.
For participants on the bay islands, we arrange nursing visits around ferry schedules to minimise disruption. Where island visits aren't practical on a particular day, we work with you to find alternatives.
Contact us or ask your support coordinator to make a referral. A registered nurse will visit your home, carry out a clinical assessment, and develop a personalised care plan.
